The room is neutrally decorated and well furnished and there is a good size garden with locked alleyway access for cyclists.
Easton/Greenbank is a diverse area with lots going on and great transport links. You can walk into the centre in 30 mins, a few minutes away from the railway path for walkers & cyclists & local train station with access to Temple Meads, a 10 minute journey away. There are numerous cafes and local independent shops nearby, including "Sweetmart" great for herbs, spices and a wide range of fruit & veg as well as larger supermarkets.
I would be happy to have pets in the house, cats, dogs etc.
Initially looking for short term let until March but this could be extended.
I am a live in landlord but am away regularly, I have lived with a wide range for people from a variety of backgrounds and would like to consider myself as very inclusive and welcoming, whilst respecting space & privacy.
