A lovely room available for sublet in St George near the bike path and a 5 minute walk to the Plough. The tenancy is until April, so would like to sublet until then. Afterwards, you can sign on
to a rolling contract if you would like.
The room gets a lot of sunlight throughout the day, is very spacious, and there is lots of room for furniture as well as a bed.
Bills come to around £50 per month and will be split evenly between the three of you.
The other two housemates are lovely people. Chris, 25, works at the Walkabout and is very passionate about music!
Nell, 23, likes to spend time relaxing at home but is also a very fun person to go on a night out!!
