Large Double Room BS5 - Short Term Let

Hi I'm Charlotte - I have a beautfiul house in Greenbank, BS5 with a large double bedroom which will be available for around 2 months from the end of January - dates are flexible!

I am the landlord and have lived here for 8 years - my housemate Ciara is a good friend and has lived her for about 6 months. I am going away for work for 2 months so looking for someone who is after a short term let to stay whilst I am away.

The house itself is in a great location - right by the Greenbank Cemetery so looks out into green space which is rare to find in Bristol. Close to the Bath to Bristol Cycle path, and walking distance from St George, and Old market so loads of access to pubs/ shops and restaurants. It's an end of terrace house on a quiet street, with a large open plan kitchen, a cosy lounge with a log burner and one shared bathroom with both a shower and freestanding bath.

The room available is a large double bedroom with lots of wardrobe space (I will keep one wardrobe with some of my things, but the rest will be available for you to use!)

We are looking for someone who needs the space on a short term basis, is clean, considerate and has their own stuff going on. Ciara is very sociable and is often in and out but also likes to chill at home so ideally looking for someone who can get along with her and slot right into the house. Ciara also has a dog called Blue - she doesnt live with us but occaisionally comes to stay for the odd weekend so the person needs to be okay with dogs!

All bills are included and the rent of the room per month is £750 - on the TV downstairs this will also include use of Netflix/ Disney plus accounts.
