We have a good-sized unfurnished double room available in our three-bed house in Easton from 1st April, and we’re looking for someone long-term. Sorry, no couples or dogs.

The house is a 7-minute walk from St Marks Road and 3 minutes by bike from the cycle path.

ABOUT US

We’re Sam and Laurie, both in our mid-30s. Sam works as a community organiser and Laurie is an animator. We work daytime weekday jobs, so the house suits someone on a similar schedule and who doesn’t work exclusively from home.

We’re looking for a relaxed, considerate housemate with experience of communal living. This isn’t a party house — things are generally calm by around 11pm on weeknights — but we’re friendly and sociable. Shared interests include cooking, music, films & TV, walks, gigs, and the very occasional club night.

Ideally we’re hoping for someone of a similar-ish age who’s looking for a calm, homely place to live.

PRACTICAL BITS

- Rent: £525 pcm
- Bills not included (averaged ~£120 per person per month last year, council tax band A)
- Deposit: one month’s rent
- Room available / rent payable from 1st April

VIEWINGS

We’re planning to do viewings on the evenings of 17th & 18th February and will leave the advert open until then so we can find the right fit.
