Lovely double room available to rent in Easton ☀️

Double room available in Easton, Bristol.

I am a 31 year-old mental health nurse, living in a 2 bedroom house and looking for a lodger. 😃

The double bedroom has a bed and mattress, other furniture in the room is up for discussion - I will buy chest of drawers etc if you don't have any! :) the room is a decent size with the space for a chest of drawers and wardrobe, and it has a large window overlooking the back garden.

Also in the house there is large joined living and dining room, with a dinner table. One bathroom with a bath and shower, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, and a sunny south facing garden ☀️

Excellent location with many cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops within a 15 minute walk from the house. Several beautiful green spaces nearby - Greenbank cemetry, St George's Park, Eastville Park. Stapleton road train station and bus stops are a 10 minute walk.

As I have recently moved into this house, the living room sofa has not yet arrived (but it will in early april!). I also do not have a desk space so if you work from home most or all of the time, then this is probably not ideal for you. I will also be getting a cat in the next few months 🐱

Just a bit about me - I am sociable and like being in a relaxed, friendly home. I love a night out and going to gigs, but also equally am very happy staying in and cooking, chilling or watching telly (this prob happens a lot more of the time 😂).
