Double room - Quiet Road - Close to two parks!

Hey all - hope you're house hunting is going great. However if not ! We got a double room going in our Easton house. Quiet street, but you’re still right near all the cafés, pubs, and markets.

About the room/house:

Good sized double with decent light
Shared kitchen & bathroom (modern enough, we keep it clean)

Housemates are friendly and easygoing

Bills & Rent:
Bills around £50‑70 a month (cheaper in summer)

Bills due 10th–15th, rent on the 25th
The Area:

Cafés: Old Bookshop, Zaza, Grounded Coffee, garden of Easton ( personal faviroute)

Pubs & Bars: Star and Dove, White Lion, Crown & Anchor

Food: Spice of Bengal, Easton Pizza, Tapas Revolution

Markets & Shops: Easton Market, Co-op, little boutiques

Green spots: Redcatch Park & Easton Gardens, green bank park and St. Georges park

Transport: 15 mins to Temple Meads, easy bus & bike routes into town and beyond.

Good for students, creatives, or anyone just wanting a quiet room without leaving the buzz of Easton behind.
