Loft room in Refield for a three month let

Hello! I am looking for someone to take my room in a beautiful terraced house. The room is available from the start of May. But if you need an earlier move, I can be flexible:)) It is for three months initially; however, there may be a possibility for this to be longer. This is conditional on when the owners are planning on returning from their travels.

It's a Loft room, and comes furnished with a desk, mattress (on a tatami mat), bedside table and a sink. There is clothes storage just outside the room and a nook to store any additional things. It has a bright garden with fresh herbs that catches the sun all day.

You'll be living with two other housemates, Lucy and Harry. Lucy is an avid wild swimmer and works for the University, and Harry is a musician who works a lot in stage productions. The house has a very nice, relaxed atmosphere.

All bills are included.
