Sublet Room

Looking for a clean, considerate and cat friendly person to move into my room from 22nd April (flexible, rent comes out on the 12th each month) until Mid September. Room is a furnished double in Easton house, near Felix road adventure playground, with a garden and parking on the road (non permit holder). Room is £400pcm plus bills (very low in the summer months!).
Sharing with Jonny (28), Ella (26) and Twiglet (cat, 3). Ideal person will be clean, sound and not allergic to cats, as well as without their own furniture as I need to leave the clothes rail, drawers, tv stand & tv (all void of my belongings so plenty of storage and speace to make yourself at home!)
