Our two gorgeous housemates are flying the nest so we’re searching for a couple of cool cats to replace them!! Located at the end of Robertson Road, next to the cemetery and less than 5 mins from Eastville Park we truly made this house a home and hope to find some people keen to share in a cosy, clean and communal living space that’s both Queer and Neurodivergent friendly! Move in date will be 15th May with some leeway after if needed!

The house:
Over three levels, we’ve got…
- two main bathrooms plus an extra loo
- a study for any creative hobbies and work from homers
- a delightful lil garden to bask in
- warm, cosy living room for binging, board games + the occasional house movie night
- and finally a gorgeous farmhouse kitchen for dinners and cooking up a storm!

The rooms:
Room 1: ground floor front of the house, very spacious double with bay windows, feature fireplace and high ceilings! Rent is £560 per month plus bills (approx £100-£120 per month)

Room 2: on the top floor back of the house, a roomy double with a lovely garden and green view! Rent is £535 per month plus bills (again same as above approx per month)

Deposit is £576.75 each!

Transport:
Less than 10 mins to bus stops which see 24/46/47x/48/48x/50 and also 10 mins walk to Stapleton Road train station taking you across most of the city!

A bit about us:
I’m Iz (29, They/Them) and I’m a civil servant working in Bristol centre! I wfh 1 day a week and outside the 9-5 I like puzzling, nature walks, sewing, reading, cooking, gigs and music/vinyls! I’m mostly in the house 3 or 4 days/evenings a week spending a couple nights at a time at my partners. If you need noodle recipes or someone to singalong to hamilton with I’m ya person!

Hi! I’m Maz (30, They/Them) and work in adult assisted living support! I do shift work and my hours can vary but whether it’s an early start or late finish I’m pretty sneaky and quiet around the house for other people’s schedules! Outside of work I love movies, writing, exploring nature, running and taking part in local political volunteering!
