Our friend is sadly moving out, so we are looking for a new housemate to move in from 8th July !
(We are in discussion with the landlord about whether this could be sooner)

IMPORTANT - Our letting agent would need full contact details and income checks( must earn £16,125 per year - please check further details below***) by the 20th May, so please only enquire if you’re able to fit within this quick timeframe.

This is a really lovely home that has been shared between friends, one us has been here for 5 years and so it definitely feels like the space is loved and looked after. This would suit a professional who is looking for a longer term home and would enjoy nesting and helping to maintain a calm and clean space.

You would be living with three women aged 31-34. One of us works from home twice a week and another 4 days a week. It’s a caring home and everyone tries their best to make room for each other’s needs.

Some collective interests are: banjo, painting, gardening, ping pong, being outside and hoarding books.

In the evenings we might catch up on each others days, have a glass of wine in the garden, watch some telly together or do our own thing. We are often on different schedules for dinner but like to eat together (usually happens once a week).
Having a cup of tea together is a big part of our home!

The room is on the second floor and is a nice size with lots of light and faces the garden.
We have a shared living room and the garden is beautiful and full of plants as one of us is a flower grower.
