Looking for housemate for 2 bed house in Easton

Hi!

I’m Molly and am looking for a housemate for my lovely 2 bed house in easton / st jude’s area.

Little about me , I’m 29 and working full time for a startup. I enjoy a mix of outdoorsy things (hiking, cycling, wild swimming etc) and nights out. I have a teeny tiny campervan I go out camping in occasionally and also love going to gigs, pubs and festivals. I work around 9-5 ish hours mostly in the office but occasionally working from home.

The house itself is a 2 bed terrace house in easton/ st jude’s, 10 mins walk from old market.
It’s a really spacious house with a separate living room, dining room and kitchen plus a garden.
The bedroom that’s up for grabs is also pretty big and has a built-in wardrobe plus loads of space for more furniture. Would definitely fit a desk / wfh setup if needed. There is also on street parking which we pay a small amount for an annual permit for.

I have lived there for over a year and the agency is very reasonable and responsive to any issues we’ve had. My current housemate is only moving out as she’s buying a flat.

I’d really like to keep it a girly household and looking for someone I can get along with and who wants to make the house a nice space to be in. Ideally looking to find someone who wants to stay relatively long term (1-2 years).

The house came unfurnished and most of the communal furniture belongs to my housemate. I am happy to replace this all myself or if you’d want to bring / buy any of your own bits can redecorate together. Would need someone at a minimum to furnish their room.

Flexible move in date but could be ready relatively quickly if needed, just need time to swap tenancy over.
