The house is a 3 bed, warm sunny living room with lots of plants, good size kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, and a gorgeous garden, with space for growing things.

You'll be sharing with 2 gals in our 30s (Silversmith and agricultural researcher/supply teacher)
The house would suit someone who values living in a friendly, calm & peaceful, tidy home. Our home is very much our sanctuary.
We also have a loving little kitty that lives here part time <3

Bills Not Included, but vary from £100-120 a month

Great location, with links to the city, step away from the cycle track, and Stapleton road train station close by.
