Spare room in cosy Easton mid-terrace

My housemate is leaving for his own home so I am looking for a new lodger to join me in my 2-bed property in Easton from the end of July. Myself and the cat (Winnie) are your housemates. Some working from home would be ok but not on a Wednesday as this is when I work from home. Looking for someone who occasionally likes to socialise together and sharing meals sometimes is nice! I have a garden where I like to grow things too. Parking is free on the street. Rent is £600 pcm plus half the bills which works out to about £800pcm (bills can go up and down). Furnishing of the room flexible depending on your wishes and needs.
