Hi, I'm Andreas, a 33-year-old professional, and I'm looking for a new housemate to join me and one other in my recently renovated home in Redfield.
All bills, council tax, high-speed broadband, Netflix and Prime Video are included in the rent.

The house has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We're both sociable and easy-going, and while we enjoy the occasional drink, meal or chat together, we also respect each other's space. I completely renovated it myself a couple of years ago, so I'm looking for someone who's clean, tidy and respectful, and who'll treat it like a home rather than just a place to rent.

The available room is a spacious furnished downstairs double with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and plenty of room to make it your own.
The house has a bright open-plan kitchen and living area with an induction hob and dishwasher, a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and downstairs WC, a shared bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a fully landscaped south-facing garden that's perfect when the sun decides to show up.

I work in hospitality and my current housemate works office hours, so the house is generally quiet during the day. Ideally, I'm looking for someone with a similar lifestyle rather than someone working from home full-time.

The house is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Church Road in Redfield. St George Park is only a short walk away, and there are loads of great independent cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby, as well as Aldi, Tesco and Lidl. There are excellent bus links into the city centre, Lawrence Hill station is close by, and Cabot Circus is around a 25-minute walk. On-street parking is available without a permit, although spaces can be busy.
