Looking for a warm, friendly house with a spacious double room on a quiet road in the heart of Easton? One minute from St Mark’s Road, three minutes from Stapleton Road station and less than five minutes from legendary establishments such as the Sugar Loaf/Bristol Sweet Mart/Café No. 12/the Garden of Easton? Somewhere close to St George Park, Church Road, and other local amenities, too? Then look no further!

About the space:

A large south facing double room, with a wardrobe cupboard, chest of drawers and a desk. An additional clothes hanger too if needed.

If you drive, there is free parking on my road and the roads around it, so no permit is needed.

The room is available for a month or slightly longer on a short-term let between August 13 and September 16. No couples or pets I’m afraid, sorry.
