This is the only rented room in a Victorian terrace with a retired landlady, more a home share than a house share, though I appreciate privacy too. There is no shared living room but plenty of room in the kitchen and dinging room for shared meals and chat. It's a great place for anyone who likes their own space, but also wants a friendly welcoming place to call home. There is a small garden which you are welcome to share.
All bills included in the £700 monthly rent.
close to St Georges park and less than 10 minutes to shops and restaurants.
