Hello! We are Ben and Laura, a British-Colombian couple. We are heading away on holiday to Colombia during this period, so we are offering our beloved home as a temporary, whole-house short-term holiday let while we are away.

The House:

The master bedroom features a stunning large bay window, a dedicated desk workspace, and an extremely comfortable mattress for a great night's sleep.

The second bedroom is filled with lots of natural light, featuring a window facing out to the tranquil rear garden, and is complete with a comfortable mattress as well.

For living spaces, there is a bright, high-ceilinged sitting room with a bay window and decorative fireplace, plus a dedicated separate dining room - giving you ample space to relax or work from home.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the plates, utensils, and cooking equipment you could need. It features an electric hob, oven, washing machine, and microwave. The house is fully electric and powered by an eco-friendly electric heat pump.

The large, light-filled bathroom comes complete with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub.

Outside, you will find a private garden courtyard off the kitchen - perfect for catching some fresh air.

The Area:

Situated in the heart of vibrant, creative Easton, you’ll be just a 2-minute walk from St Marks Road, famous for its independent cafes, award-winning bakeries, pubs with live music, and international food markets. For ultimate convenience, there is also a 24-hour shop located right on the same street as the house.

For green spaces, it is a short stroll away from Eastville Park and local green spaces, ideal for morning runs, picnics, or walks. Easton is renowned for its welcoming, creative, and community-driven feel, packed with local culture, independent boutiques, and fantastic street art.

For transport and connectivity, the house is a 20-minute walk from the city centre, a 5-minute walk from Stapleton Road Station (offering regular trains directly to Bristol Temple Meads in 9 minutes and Clifton in 8 minutes), with excellent bus links and direct cycle path connections right on your doorstep.
