Large Double Room In Homely House Share

Hello!

We have a large, furnished double room available from 1st April

Living in the house is Angus, Chris and Gemma. Here is a little bit about them :-)
Angus was a Chef but the crazy Covid period made him rethink his path and is now a Law student and currently
Chris is 28 and a recent graduate in Global Wildlife Health and Conservation. He works for the Avon Wildlife Trust and for Reg the Veg in Clifton. Chris like Music (plays guitar and bass), swimming hiking, gardening, card games and pubs. Gemma
Is a freelance stage manager/ theatre technician, so works varied hours. Hobbies and interests include: Photography, Nature, herbalism, music and travel, can usually be found making tea, burning incense and staring at the sky ✌️
The guys get on really well and like to find things to do, like exploring the city and going for cycle rides and all cook together. They also enjoy popping to the local pub for a few drinks or having a good old cup of coffee/glass of wine and chinwag on the veranda (or stoep, as they call it!)

This is a very easy-going house and would like to find someone who is friendly, respectful, clean & tidy and is happy to pitch in with housework to continue to make their house a home. It's vital that you chip in with your fair share of house duties and cleaning, lazy people need not apply! The guys also love cooking together and would love someone to join their communal vibe.

Gas central heating throughout
The house has double-glazed doors and windows
The bathroom has a shower

The kitchen has been newly fitted and is complete with: Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezers, fan oven and gas hob and all the kitchen furnishings and utensils you need. Also off the kitchen is a roofed veranda with table and chairs.

The neighbours cat likes to visit , she's very friendly and seems to live there most of the time!

Storage is not a problem with the secure basement for storing bikes and excess stuff. There's loads of room!

The City Centre, Temple Meads and many other parts of Bristol are easily accessible with bus stops conveniently right outside the house.
Plus in the next burbs of Montpellier & St. Werburghs there's an amazing organic food supermarket and newsagents, post office, and several fun pubs.
Also, Just over the road is a number of fields and woods, a lake and a park which makes for really nice walks and bike rides.
The house is just off the Muller Road and M32, it's close to Cabot Circus shopping centre & Eastgate Retail Park, which has:

24hr Tesco superstore (plus petrol), IKEA, Boots, Halfords, a PureGym, Pets at Home, KFC, Burger King, Asda Living and Marks & Spencers.

Your rent would include ALL bills except for gas and electricity.

Jade (myself, 34) and Chris (39) are a couple and the owners of the house. We live in the new build in the garden of the property. We’re very easy going people and love socialising with all the housemates. Being next door also means we are just a short walk away if there are any problems :-). We also own another house share next door and we regularly organise house meals, film or game nights and BBQ's in the summer for all three houses. We have also created a garden space for the three houses to hang out in.
