The House & Vibe
This is a spacious 5-bedroom house. We are currently filling three of the rooms (including this top-floor suite), making this a wonderful opportunity to join a fresh, friendly household and help build a great group dynamic from day one!

Living in the house for nearly three years now are Gemma and Chris (housemate).

Chris is a graduate in Global Wildlife Health and Conservation working for the Avon Wildlife Trust. He loves music (plays guitar and bass), swimming, hiking, gardening, and board games.

Gemma is a freelance stage manager and theatre technician. Her hobbies include photography, nature, herbalism, music, and travel.

This is a very easy-going, respectful home. We are looking for someone friendly, clean, and tidy who is happy to pitch in with keeping the shared spaces lovely.

The Details & Legality

Pets: We are big animal lovers (and the neighbor's friendly cat is a regular visitor here!), but because this is a shared house with shared communal spaces, we unfortunately cannot accommodate dogs or larger free-roaming pets. Small, caged pets or exceptionally house-trained indoor pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Bills: Rent includes Council Tax, Tv license, water, and fast fibre broadband. Gas and electricity are split equally among housemates and managed internally by Chris (housemate) to keep things simple (approx. £33pcm each).

EPC Rating: C

Council Tax Band: B (Paid for by the Landlord)

Occupancy: Single occupancy only (due to HMO licensing limits).

HMO License: Fully licensed and approved by Bristol City Council.

Tenancy: Rolling periodic tenancy.

My name is Chris (the owner/manager) and I live next door with my wife Jade and our young family. We are friendly and very easy-going landlords. Because we live right next door, we are just a short walk away if you ever need anything sorted quickly. We also manage the house share next door, which is home to four lovely, quiet professionals.
