Double Room in Eastville house

Room available in house with epic garden that backs onto a river in Eastville near Tesco & Eastville Park. £700PCM including bills, fully furnished double room. House has all sorts of bells and whistles -fibre broadband, projector, ice machine, log burner, fire pit outdoors, sun deck. Available from 1st August (maybe slightly earlier) but we're flexible on when the rental period starts as want to find the right person.

We are Dan and Poppy, 44/42 yrs veggie/vegan couple who own the home. We mostly live in France but I (Dan) stay in the house when I'm in between UK jobs (freelance working on live events). Poppy and Moxie (5 y. o Staffie X dog) come back for Xmas and other times to visit friends and family so we aren't around much. When we are back we have our own bathroom and bedroom on the top floor but share the kitchen and living room.

Also living here is another lodger, late 20s, lovely and easy to get on with.

We're looking for someone 30s and up, preferably who eats veggie at home, is clean and tidy (this is essential- the house is nice and we like to keep it that way!). If you're interested in gardening then that's a bonus! No couples.

Deposit 5 weeks rent, no agency fees. If interested ping me a message with a bit about yourself and if we think you'll be a fit we will shortlist you to arrange a viewing/ meet.

Pets considered but bear in mind they must get on with our dog so cats, small furries, birds and reptiles are out of the question for their own safety.
