Hello we’re Alice (30, social worker), Annie 26, teacher), Garret (30, physio) and Dre (27, law). We’re looking for a new housemate as our housemate Will is moving out in November. We’re a very sociable house and want to find someone who wants to be friends with the people they live with. We enjoy eating dinner together, binging tv, and going out to the pub or for a roast.
The house is a 5 bed, a 5 min walk from IKEA and Tesco and a 15 min walk from Aldi and Lidl. We have a joint living room and kitchen with doors opening onto the back garden which has bike storage. The house has two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet.
The room available is a small double on the third floor, that is big enough for a double bed and other furniture. The room is partly furnished, it has a wardrobe and a bed frame that is available to purchase and is £610 a month with all bills included, £610 deposit is needed as well.
