Self contained annexe available in spacious house

I'll shortly have the annexe space available in our houseshare
The space is a separate double room in the garden which has a small en-suite and kitchenette, its self contained and has its own access as well as access from the house.
This is ideal if you like your own space and privacy, however we do expect the housemates to interact and socialise with the house
Couples can be considered at 1.5x the rent/deposit
The room can be provided furnished or unfurnished

We are currently 2 gay guys and 1 straight living in the house, which is very spacious - the kitchen/dining area has just been renovated (and now has a floor not shown in the pictures haha)
Its definitely a chilled vibe and relaxed people with no drama.
There are 3 Bathrooms so rarely ever any contention 🤣
The house is on Fishponds road and Eastville Park and is close to all amenities, shops, on the major bus routes into town and reasonably central.
Everyone has access to a washer/dryer, 1Gbps internet, dishwasher, etc I like cooking so the new kitchen is well stocked
There is a police approved secure bike shed for up to 3 bikes if you cycle
We are looking for a professional, working person without any pets.
We are generally quite outdoorsy and sociable. I love to hike, cycle, camp, gym and do lots of Hot Yoga
There is a large garden, which is used by everyone for socialising in the summer, decking area, Sometimes grow vegetables, love cooking, and are all very much into our plants 🙂
We tend to be sociable rather than just ships passing in the night that live with each other 🙂
We would ideally like someone who can socialise and integrate to the household, occasionally share a dinner or sunday roast, have friends over for barbecues etc.
