This is a short term rental of a fully furnished master double bedroom and house. The reason for short term because the house is being sold. Minimum term of 2 weeks with 1 week rolling after that. 1 week notice.

I share this house with my brother, my brother stays in the second room on Tuesday and Wednesday nights however I live elsewhere in Bristol. So you'd have run of the house most days!
The house is a spacious family home with a big garden in the north east of Bristol with good connections to the rest of the city.
My brother is a software engineer working between London and Bristol. He'll mostly keep himself to himself but would like a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

The room will be available from the 1st of July.

The price of the room is £275 per week. This is ideal for a couple who want space.

Bills are included in the price.
One weeks rent and and two weeks rent as deposit upfront.

This house was recently refurbished. The house is located close to Eastville park, the cycle track into town and greenbank.
