The room will be available from September 2024 - August 2025.

Of the four current tenants, three have decided to continue their lease into 2024/25 and are looking for a fourth person to join them in the next academic year. The current tenants both Bristol Uni and UWE. They are university students (going into third year) and looking for another university student to join them.

The house has been recently refurbished and features a open-plan kitchen/living room with conservatory and a large garden which leads down to a river. The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside table and chest of drawers.

The house is right next to a 24 hour Tesco extra. It's about a 15 minutes walk to Stapleton Road Station, a 25 minute walk to the centre of town and there are good bus connections to town, Bristol Uni and UWE.

Bills are not included.

The property is managed and maintained by the landlords who are a Bristol-based family.
