Newly Decorated Double En-suite Room

I am looking for someone to rent my spare room from Jan 2025.

The room has just been redecorated, new carpets as well as a new en-suite, with shower, basin and toilet.

I am 27, work as a sexual health nurse for the NHS (Mon-Fri), I live here with my cat Stella, she is very friendly and loves a snuggle.

It is important to me to find the right person - someone who is respectful and tidy as well as fun and will bring a positive energy into the home. I am quite a busy person so I'm out the house a fair bit.

There is a garden out the back with a parking space which you would be welcome to use.

The house is opposite Eastville park and has great bus route into town (takes me 20 mins to get to work in town) and the Bristol to Bath cycle path runs behind the house. I am also only 5 mins down the road from The Star - arguably the best pub in Bristol.

I am almost finished renovating the third bedroom so I will be advertising that in Jan as well, a bit cheaper as it is not en-suite but does have its own bathroom downstairs. Because of this, two friends moving in would work well.
