Double Room in Cosy Home

We are looking for 1 lodger to take the downstairs room in our lovely 3 bed home.

Rent is £850 which includes all bills etc. The room is a good size double on the ground floor by the front door. Myself and the other housemate, Beth, have our own en-suites in the two upstairs bedrooms so the downstairs bathroom is essentially just yours and for guests when they come round. There’s a chest of drawers, clothes rail and double bed in the room. The house was newly renovated last year so is in a very good condition.

I am 29, work full-time Mon-Fri, I live here with my cat Stella, she is very friendly and loves a snuggle. Beth lives in the second bedroom upstairs and has her own bathroom, she also works full time.

It is important to us to find the right person who is respectful and tidy and will bring a positive energy into the home. We both like early nights in the week and to have fun at the weekends.

There is a garden out the back and also free parking on all the surrounding roads.

The house is opposite Eastville park and has great bus routes into town (takes me 20 mins to get to work in town) and the Bristol to Bath cycle path runs behind the house. We are very close to the M32. We are also only 5 mins down the road from The Star - arguably the best pub in Bristol.
