Rooms to Rent in Eastville Flat

Hi,

Two rooms are available to rent in the flat I currently live in, by Eastville park. These rooms are available from the 29th of August.

The flat is a ground floor flat, just off the park, which is lush, with street parking and really great access to green space.

The two bedrooms available come with beds and mattresses, and are £525 pm each. Bills normally add £50-100 on top of this, for water, gas, wifi.

For housemates, I'm looking for people who are sociable, neat, and nice to be around.

On me, I'm a software engineer, and my hobbies are running, racquet sports, reading, hiking, camping. I also speak French if you prefer this!

I mostly work from the office, so if you work from home you'll have a lot of your own space during the day. I like doing things with my flatmates on some weeknights and weekends, and I hope this would continue, as I like being social.
