We are seeking a professional or student lodger to stay in our family home.

My wife and I live here with our son and our cat, Lulu.

The available room is located downstairs, with easy access to the shower room and WC. It comes equipped with a TV, microwave, fridge, ceiling fan, and a table for dining or working.

You will have access to share the kitchen and washing machine, and there is usually parking available on the nearby streets.

Eastville Park is just a short walk away, and there are frequent bus routes to the city. We are also conveniently located near the Bristol and Bath railway path, ideal for cyclists.
