Double room available

Hello! We are looking for one housemate to join us in our 3 bedroom terrace house in Rose Green, St George.

The bedroom is unfurnished but comes with a chest of drawers. It’s the front bedroom, it’s a south facing room, so has lots of natural light.

There is one living room, a separate kitchen diner, a terrace- with a long garden and backs on to the Bristol-bath cycle path.

The house has street parking as well as a driveway (we both have a car).

Room is £450 pcm not inc bills which look to be £100 pp.

We are 2 females, ages 34-35, both professionals and we are looking for a professional. I, Anna work in healthcare and Lou works in the creative industry. We are both looking to make this house a home, and we are looking for the third person to align with this value.

A bit more about us, we enjoy the outdoors, walking, camping and going on adventures. These are things that we are looking to offer to each other when it’s possible with everyone’s schedule though never an obligation to participate.

At home we enjoy looking after the garden, doing bits of DIY and occasionally cooking together for house meals.

As much as we like spending time together, we are also very good at communicating boundaries and respecting each other’s personal space. This is not a party house.
