Double room in friendly shared house in Eastville

Hi everyone!
We are looking for a third member to join us in our lovely 3-bedroom house next to Eastville Park BS5.
£480 p/m excluding bills. Starting 11th October.
You’d be joining me (George) and Henry (both 25). We are chilled and friendly professionals who enjoy occasional communal meals and share an interest in rock climbing. It's generally a calm, quiet atmosphere during the week, but we also enjoy socialising and occasionally putting on a record in the living room or watching a movie.
We’re looking for a relaxed, tidy professional who can commit to a year minimum.
Option to keep bedframe and shelves.
