Dbl room near cycle path

Double room on 1st floor, with shared use of the kitchen (shared between all housemates) and upstairs bathroom (shared with 1-2 others).

The house has been newly renovated to a very high standard. I'm still finishing up renovations, so the outside of the house doesn't exactly match the standard of the inside... But it will soon! I'll also still be doing some (quiet) renovation works in the loft over the next couple of months - painting, tiling, etc.

We're a friendly house, but definitely not party animals... There is no shared living room, but plenty of room in the kitchen for the odd shared meal or natter over a cuppa. Ideal for anyone that likes their own space and a decent night's sleep, but also wants a friendly, welcoming place to call home :)
