Double room available in pet friendly houseshare

Hello, I'm currently looking for someone to join me in a lovely 2 bed pet-friendly house in Eastville!

The house: It's located just by Eastville Park, with Royate Hill Nature reserve nearby. It's a 10 minute walk down to Eastgate for all the big shops, and 15 minute walk to get over to Greenbank and St Mark's Road for lovely pubs and restaurants. The B2B cycle path is very close as well!
I have furnished the house so it's all ready to move in to. The room is a small double room which catches the afternoon sun. As it's the smaller of the 2 rooms, my current housemate uses the space in the upstairs hall for some extra clothes storage which works well! There is one bathroom with shower/bath. Downstairs there is a lovely kitchen and a cosy sitting area, plus an enclosed rear garden which is great to lounge in when the sun is out! There is also room to keep bikes indoors which is very handy. Only one of the bikes in the pictures is mine, the other 2 won't be here! Parking is available on street.

Pets: my current housemate is moving out and taking her dog with her, but as the landlord is ok with pets it would be great to have another dog or cat around!

The rent is 700 and bills normally another 150ish (council tax Band A). The house is rented through CJ Hole so you'd need to do referencing etc through them.

About me: I'm a 32 year old systems engineer from Scotland, but I've been in Bristol for 8 years now and think it's a great place to live. When the weather is nice I love to get out running, climbing or cycling, and when it's not I'm perfectly happy watching a movie or going to a nice cosy pub. I love to cook so the kitchen is fairly well equipped, but happy for you to bring your own stuff. I'm quite tidy and respectful of the communal spaces. I normally go to the office around 3 days a week and wfh the rest.
