I’m looking for a lovely human to join me in my home in Eastville. It’s a wholesome, calm space – ideal for a grounded professional who’s considerate and values both connection and having their own space.

A bit about me: I’m a graphic designer who works on meaningful, culturally rooted projects. I’m an early riser and fairly active. I love me some good energy, good food, soulful sounds (I drum and play records - a lot of 70s soul/funk/roots/rocksteady), and creating a home. Into live music, adventures, books, dancing, nutritious fresh food, games nights and joy.

Ideally looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, good communicator, queer-friendly, and values shared respect and a creating a nourishing home.🌿

The room is a bright, south-facing double with a built-in wardrobe and bed frame. Rent is £705 + bills (approx. £140–175), and includes use of a third box room – perfect as a shared creative/guest space.

If you work from home full time, there’s the option to rent the third room as your dedicated office/studio instead – in which case rent would be £880 + bills.

This is a relaxed but intentional home, so ideally no heavy party energy or revolving door of guests. Occasional drinks, dinner, or friends over is very welcome, just looking for balance ✨

The house overlooks community allotments and is part of a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. Just a couple minutes from Greenbank Cemetery, and Eastville Park and right by the cycle path.
