The house is has an efficient modern central heating system and is well insulated so bills should be lower than average but it depends on usage. The current bills are around £70 per person per month, including electricity, gas, superfast 130Mbps broadband and water. (the rent *includes* council tax band B, which is worth £42 pp/pcm).

To summarise: rent plus shared bills should come to an average of £630 per month in total. But actual bills depend on metered usage and on any changes in utility charges.

Deposit of £560 required (will be held by The Deposit Protection Scheme). Minimum tenancy 6 months.
