1 double room available in shared Eastville home

We are 3 gals (she/her) aged 25-27 looking for a housemate for the unfurnished double room in our lovely home in Eastville - just 1 min walk from Eastville park (and Greenbank cemetery green space super near by too)! Available from June 1st.

-Shared kitchen/living room
-2 toilets (1 shower/bath)
-Garden
-Small spare room, can be used for laundry/wfh space/sofa bed for visitors
-Free on road parking

Rent is £550 per month, bills not included (they come to around £100 per month).

We all work 9-5 jobs and like to hang out in the evenings cooking and watching tv in the lovely dining/kitchen space. Sometimes we each have friends over but it’s not a big party house. We are looking for someone who respects the homely space we've created. Ideally we are looking for someone aged around 24-29.

A little about us:
Emma - 27 - loves art, nature, baking and queer nights out. Can be found eating tofu and noodles loaded up with crispy chilli oil.

Jess - 25 - loves acting, dancing, chocolate and big fluffy socks. Can be found playing guitar and sunbathing in our garden.

Ebony - 26 - loves music, wild swims, the outdoors, and a games night. Can be found hiking up a beautiful mountain somewhere.
