Our current housemate has bought her own house and likely moving out end of June (exact timescales TBC dependent upon her situation).
We’re both sociable and enjoy going out but also like a chilled night in. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the same and is clean and tidy (very important). One of us hybrid works so will be wfh a few days throughout the week.
One main bathroom and then a w/c downstairs.
Non- permit on street parking is available. 1 min walk to bus stop and 15 min walk to Stapleton train station. Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons and the Eastgate retail park with M&S all within a 15 min walk.
Eastville park is on our doorstep. We have no garden as we are a first floor flat, but we have a flat roof we can access which is great for summer evenings.
