I have a room to rent in my home for 3 months, September - December 2025. Rent is £595 per month inclusive of bills
*The Space*
The house is a fully-furnished, 2-bed terrace in Eastville (Greenbank Cemetery is one end of the cul-de-sac and Eastville Park is in view from the other).
You'd be sharing with a professional person in their 40s who works in the creative industries. I'll be looking after a friend's adorable and v well behaved cat (who would not have access to your room unless you wanted her to).
The house has a large kitchen, a long south facing garden, a cozy lounge with a working open fireplace.
The bedroom is a medium-sized double, with lovely big light south-facing window over the garden and a desk with drawers, a swivel chair and a study lamp. The bed is a queen-sized sofa bed, which is very comfortable with a mattress topper. There's a free-standing clothing rail and a set of shelves with storage boxes included. The bed has space for some low storage boxes underneath.
The house has on-street parking on a quiet road, gas central heating, white goods including dishwasher and microwave.
The room is suitable for an individual without children or pets.

Ideal timeline:
Viewings on 16th-17 August & 27-30th Aug if required
Move in window Monday 1 Sept - Sun 14 Sept (TBC)
Move out window Sunday 30 November - Sat 13 Dec (TBC)
Due to my very busy work commitments around this time, I'm not sure if it will possible to sort for a 1 Sept move-in , hence the flexible windows for viewings and move-in, TBC with you.
We'll need 2 references and a month's deposit, the return for which will be processed within a week of you leaving and returned in full, assuming there are no issues.
