Quirky Room in Easton Houseshare

We have a small quirky room in Easton with a double bunk-bed, available Mid Sep, as our housemate Ilona is leaving us to move in with her boyfriend.

There's lots of shared-space in the house, including a hallway for bikes, a big living room (with a sofa-bed for guests), a dining room, a galley-kitchen and upstairs and downstairs bathrooms.

We can keep the bunk bed and storage in the room, or happy to clear it out and leave as a blank canvas. We love house plants (inspired by The Garden of Easton) and are getting a new cat.

The house has a lovely green garden out the back in which we grow lots of veg, with compost heap and washing lines. There's in a desk in the sitting room which we use for working from home. There is on-street parking (no restrictions) in the quiet cull-de-sac of Argyle Avenue. The house has a big loft, so lots of space for storage.

We want to find the right person so will leave the advert open as long as we can - we are going to do viewings on the 3rd Sep to give people as much chance as possible to apply.

The other housemates are Dan and David (20s/early-30s), who's respective partners stay from time to time, and we sometimes cook together! We are a warm, inclusive house, and are looking to maintain the lovely dynamic we have had for the past few years of living here.

We are ideally looking for someone who would like a homely-house, a spot of cooking, gardening and calm time together.

The landlord lives out and is pretty helpful with house repairs etc. We insulated the loft last year which is helping to keep heating bills down. We would do a formal name-change on the contract once we have found the right person.

The room is 3.1m x 2.1m. Rent is £530 + ~£140 bills per month on top. So £670 all in. The deposit is £620. Look forward to hearing from you!
