Ground floor double room available for rent

I'm a single parent with two teenage kids and a 1 year old puppy, and I'm renting out a double bedroom in my family home for the first time.

The room is on the ground floor, accessed from the open-plan lounge. It's partly furnished, with a new bed, wardrobe and storage cupboard. My home is only 8 years old and at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac that backs onto the Bristol to Bath cycle path. I have a cleaner who comes every fortnight and try to keep the house in order!'

I'm looking for someone who doesn't mind a bit of noise and visitors. I'm sociable, love cooking, music and would love whoever moves in to have similar interests. Dog sitting would also be ace!
