Looking for a professional, non-smoking, clean and conscientious person. Happy to welcome full time or Mon - Fri tenants. Ideally looking for someone long term so student term time lets are not what we are after, sorry.

I am retired professional, hobbies are outdoor activities (kayaking and hiking mainly).

The property is 5 minutes walk to the local shops, Tesco Eastville / Eastgate Centre and Gloucester Road shops/ pubs / cafes are within easy walking distance. If you enjoy walking in nature then Purdown Open Space is just across the road, continue on into Stoke Park Estate and Eastville Park

If you drive this is an excellent location for the M32-J2 and onward to M4/M5, Bristol/Bath/South Wales etc. You are conveniently located for Muller Road and Glenfrome Road bus routes to Southmead Hospital, MOD Abbeywood and the city centre. It’s more than a 10 minute walk to Ashley Down Railway Station linking to Bristol Parkway and Temple Meads Railway Stations.
