House in eastville available

Hi everyone.

Ash and I are looking for a housemate for our house in Easton/ eastvile. It’s a medium sized double room with a south facing garden. Sorry that we have no photos at the moment. We will pop some on later this week. Just thought we would put it on anyway.

About the house: We have a large living room, kitchen/ dining room and a nice sized bathroom and garden.

Rent is £625 including bills. No deposit needed and we will give you a contract.

DSS accepted and we are LGBTQ+ friendly. We get a veg box each week and would be up for sharing It if you fancy.

Room available from end of October beginning of November.

We cook meals most evenings and would be welcome to join. Room can come furnished/ unfurnished just let us know. We are decorating so you’re welcome to paint your room how you would like.

About us: we are a couple but have lived in community/ shared housing for a quite a while. We like hanging out with friends, having friends over for dinner. It will be your home too so you’re welcome to do this as well.

Ash: is an artist/ works in eduction he likes reading, watching movies and going to gigs.

Me: I work in social care and can be a bit full on at times. I love seeing friends, nature walks and going to gigs and pubing.

We are both pretty chilled and want the person we live with to feel at home, we don’t really want a lodger type vibe. It’s your home too. Open communication, being a bit silly and trying to be respectful of each other’s space is the vibe we are going for.
