Large double bedroom available in a comfortable 2-bedroom Victorian conversion with open plan sitting room and kitchen/diner, plus small bathroom with bath and shower.

You'll be sharing with me, the homeowner. The flat is in a quiet residential area on the edge of Eastville Park, about 10 minutes by car/taxi from the city centre with good bus links and Stapleton Road intracity railway station a short walk, and cycle routes nearby. It's also one of the few places with free on street parking.

I'm looking for a quiet, respectful professional who works from the office. The space isn't suitable for remote working, so please only apply if you work outside the home. You should be comfortable living with cats - I have two who are currently kittens.
