Short term flat share 1 bed

Short-term house share (2 months) garden, parking, flexible setup

I live in a 1-bed flat with a garden and off-road private parking (big enough for an L1 Citroen Relay or similar). I’ve just been offered a job in another city for 2.5 months (Mon - Fri), so I’m looking for someone to come and share the flat during this time.

You’d have the bedroom, and during the week you’d have the place to yourself. At weekends we’d share communal space if/ when i'm around.

I’m very open to options, this could be:
• a standard Mon Fri setup
• an all-week arrangement with shared space at weekends
• or something ideal for someone in a van who wants a flexible, warm base over the colder months

Rent split would depend on what set up is agreed :)

I’d really like this to be a situation that works well for both of us. I take good care of the place and would love to find someone at least a little social whos up for chatting in the living room and maybe cooking together if we’re around at the same time on weekends.

I’m pretty chill, love art and painting, nature, and all that good stuff 🌿🎨
