Double Room 2 Months Sublet BS5

Hello! I am looking to sublet my room to a lovely human in my home in BS5 (near Greenbank Cemetery). The room is a cosy double bedroom on the first floor, which faces our lovely garden. The room is £470 per month, bills not included. It will be available for 2 months in May-June time.

It's a calm, peaceful and mostly sober home, so we'd ideally like someone who fits this vibe. We are also a pet-friendly household (we have a little indoor cat called Cloud, who could mix with another indoor cat, or calm dog). This is a warm and inclusive space where everyone should feel safe, so it goes without saying that anyone with discriminatory views is not welcome. We do occasionally have friends over for wholesome diners, which you'd always be welcome to join. In terms of storage, there is a big basement that you'll be welcome to use.

A little about my flatmates:

Alice and Harry, both in their early 30's. Alice works as a dog walker all over Bristol. She is very outdoorsy/active and likes early starts to do yoga and cold water swimming. She loves to be out in nature but also enjoys nesting at home to slow down. Harry works as a musician and freelance graphic designer. He is a bit of a homebody when not out and about with my band, and he likes relaxing with the cat, making music, playing board/video games, film photography, and baking gluten-free treats.
