Large double room in flat (Eastville)

Large double room in a two storey flat share in BS5 Eastville available end of March/beginning of April. £517 rent per month and bills approx £135.

We’re looking for another female housemate aged 26 - 32 to join us, ideally someone who is clean and tidy (very important). One of us hybrid works so will be wfh a few days throughout the week. Ideally looking for someone who isn’t wfh all the time. We are both quite independent / busy and are often in / out a lot but we also enjoy a chilled evening in and enjoy our own space as well as going out for drinks / events :))

One main bathroom and then a w/c downstairs.

Non - permit on street parking is available. 1 min walk to bus stop and 15 min walk to Stapleton train station. Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons and the Eastgate retail park with M&S all within a 15 min walk.

Eastville park is on our doorstep. We have no garden as we are a first floor flat, but we have a flat roof we can access which is great for summer evenings.

The photos of the room are with the current housemates furnishings but the room will be emptied fully before. One of us is stuck in Sri Lanka atm due to the lack of flights home so viewings not available in person until 19/03/2026 but can do ft viewings until then x
