I’m relocating to another city so looking to move out as soon as i find somewhere.

It’s £595 and comes to roughly £725-750 with bills depending on usage especially in the winter. There’s large windows so lots of light.
It’s a 4 bed house with a nice garden especially this time of the year, housemates are 27-32 , 2 guys and 1 girls so looking for another girl.
