Big Double Room in Cosy Home

We are looking for another lovely housemate to join our three bed home. Our current person is moving away so we are sadly saying goodbye to him. It’s very important to us to find someone happy, friendly and tidy to live with us. The two of us have quite different hobbies but do enjoy evenings on the sofa together and pub trips to The Star together. We don’t go out loads but there’s the occasional big one. We do host a monthly book club with some friends which mostly involves talking about the book for 5 mins and then drinking lots of wine.
We also both work full time so are out the house a fair bit. We also have a lovely cat Stella who lives with us too. She’s 2 years old, very energetic and loves a snuggle (on her terms)!

The room is a good size double, furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and clothes rail. The house then has living room, separate kitchen and then a dining room that leads to the garden. Us two in the house have our own en-suites so although the other bathroom is not connected, it would just be yours as we don’t use it.
The whole house was renovated about 2 years ago so it’s all in really good condition, a proper home rather than a big house share.

We are opposite Eastville park which is great for some green space!
Transport:
At the back of the garden is the parking space which we share and all surrounding road parking is free.
There are busses every 5 mins, takes 20 mins into town.
The Bristol to Bath cycle path also runs behind the house.
