July & August Sublet - double room with en-suite 🌱

Looking for a friendly person to sublet / short term let for 2 months (July & August) into our communal home!☀️

We’re a friendly all veggie/ vegan 8 bed in Eastville (BS5 6RE), who are tidy and love live music, art, nature, cooking, games nights, festivals, wild swimming and having a good laugh!. We’re a communal group of 4 girls and 2 guys, and open to all genders 😊

The house is right next to Eastville park down a quiet street, and 30 seconds walk from a bus stop on Fishponds Road (buses only take 10 mins to get into the city centre). There’s plenty of off street parking and we have a big bike shed in the garden 🌱.

It’s a quiet attic room that overlooks the garden & Eastville Park. It’s fully furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There’s also a big desk & good wifi if you wanted to work from home- the room is more spacious than it looks in the pics! Rent would be £500 per month with bills included.
