First room Spacious room with lots of storage space and view of Eastville Park, 2nd available room is a box room hence cheap rent!

Close to shops on Stapleton Road,
E-scooters / city bikes parked 2-4 minutes walk away,
17 mins walk to nearest train station - cheap, easy commute to Clifton say.
and big Tescos 6 minutes walk for groceries.

I commute to work in the centre and can vouch for how convenient this location has been to me.
In terms of other highlights, the kitchen is nice n spacious with plenty of surface area for cooking and connection to a humble but trusty south-facing garden (sun from morn till set!)

Also the neighbours next door are sound - one child family - no personal complaints for noise from their side, and for us we've had our tv on pretty loud for movie nights and not had any issues.

A bit about me so you can get an idea of who I'd be looking for to share the space with.

I produce music myself, bedroom producer.
I am quite big into my health and fitness, as well as dance music - going to events to support friends of mine who DJ/perform, for networking opportunities and such.
I like to go out and socialise but in general I'm not a regular pub drinker (or drinker at home), can easily and often go more than a week without a pint.

Most important, I'd like to live with someone considerate and easy going who will help me keep the place clean and peaceful, and hopefully settle in and make the place feel like their home too.

Most of the furnishings will be gone once my housemates have moved out so there's something here for collaborative redecorating and refurnishing in the living room to spruce up the home :D
