We are looking for someone to share our home with! We are two housemates; Lily, 29 and Poppy, 32 who both have busy lives out of the house and really value quiet, cosy home time when we're at home. There's a great sense of community on our road (and a very active local whatsapp chat!) and it really does feel like home.

Move in between Aug 15-20th approx (TBC exact date!)

The house is a unique and spacious 3-bedroom home, located on a quiet road in Eastville with outstanding views across the city. The location is ideal for easy access to nature, with the rolling hills of Purdown on your doorstep, a lovely stroll to the Mound and close proximity to commuting out on the M32 and a short stroll to St Werburghs. We have a great relationship with our landlords, they're super responsive & supportive. Monthly bills are around £150.

The living room contains a log burner, wooden floors and opens out onto the glass roofed dining room with wonderful views out to the garden. The kitchen has plenty of storage, a Neff electric hob and integrated oven.

The bedroom for rent is on the top floor, has a large window facing the garden and space for a double bed. The wow factor is the standing bath, toilet and your own sink! It's a palace up there!

The outside gets even better with a beautiful separate utility room, including a toilet and giant butler sink. There is also a bike shed at the front of the house.

The real show stopper is the incredible tiered garden which has unrivalled views across the park and city. It’s full of nature all year around, has 2 apple trees, a plum tree and fig tree; a beautiful space for outside activities.

The cherry on the cake is the truly awesome garden office pod. It’s fully insulated, with a large panoramic window making it a wonderful space to work all year round. We both currently use it (Lily to write and see reflexology clients) and it has worked really well for all 3 of us to share and use on rotation.

We have really loved living here and are really excited to find someone who loves it just as much as we do!
