Short term option (3-4 months) with lovely garden

Hi folks, I have two large double rooms (sorry one is now taken - the other is still available from 12 October) available in my home in BS5 for short-term let’s. Stays for longer than a month preferred over short stays, but dates are negotiable. The charge is £550 for single occupancy of a double room per month including bills, WiFi, TV licence and cleaning products, rates for a couple negotiable.

About the house: you’d be sharing with one other person full time, and with me part time (I’m there about 3 nights per week). It’s a terraced 3 bed house in a close, with lovely light and sunset views. Long garden with fruit trees, garden office shared for home and home working. Open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Peaceful vibes. On drive parking and bike parking, 1 min from the cycle path.

I am selling the house so unfortunately long term isn’t possible. It could suit someone (or a family - children welcome) visiting for a short term residency/stay or a landing pad for someone looking to find a permanent base.

I work at the university and enjoy meeting new people.
