A lovely double room available Monday to Friday on the top floor of a modern three-storey new-build townhouse in Lyde Green BS16 near Emersons Green. Ideal for a working professional who needs a calm, comfortable base during the week. Plenty of easy parking right outside on a quiet cul-de-sac. You can leave a bicycle in our garage if you require.

If you require less nights than Mon-Fri, we can discuss a reduced rate.

🛏️ The room is fully furnished with a clean, contemporary style and access to your own private bathroom (with shower and bath) just across the hall. The top floor has one other bedroom which is just used for storage, so the top floor offers you a peaceful, semi-private space away from the main family areas with pretty much your own floor.

🏠 About the Home
We’re a respectful, friendly couple with a 7-year-old son and two affectionate pets – a small dog and a cat. You’ll have access to a modern kitchen with all key appliances (oven, grill, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher).

We’re looking for a tidy, considerate professional who needs a quiet place to stay during the working week – someone who heads home for weekends. This would suit someone working locally (MOD, Science Park, Airbus, Bath or Bristol).
